I had such a time picking up breakfast for my family! The customer service was great compared to others in the marketplace. Sophie was such a great help and made the experience amazing!

Really enjoy the bagels and coffee, but this store is/was waaaay under-staffed for the live customers and on-line orders. We were there on a Wednesday around 9:30-10 am. After we ordered, it took a good half hour plus to prepare two egg & bacon breakfast bagels. There were 5-6 people in line ahead of us, and a good 15 people waiting on their orders. We need more places like this in QC, so I hope they survive! ??
