The bagels are outstanding - we love the Honey Wheat, Ancient Grain and Pumpernickel. Very reasonably priced when ordered as a Baker's Dozen to bring home and freeze to enjoy anytime. We're especially impressed with the team members at this location. They excel at customer service and really love to please the customer - timely service with a smile. Kudos to the manager Crystal - she has a great team.

Normally the food is great. Ordered two egg sausage and cheese bagels. It was like someone dumped the pepper shaker on them. Did not know until we got home and started to eat them. To far to bring them back but from now we will check them before we leave the store.

Placed a last minute catering order for a 7:30 am pick up time. I got there a bit early and it was done, beautifully wrapped and labeled. The staff was absolutely wonderful offering plates, napkins, etc, offering to help carry it out. Just a really great experience and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
