“Love love love their handmade tortillas! Their flavored tortillas are so incredibly good. So far my favorites are the sundried tomato and the cacio y pepe.Their whole wheat flour made with lard are a great breakfast warmed with butter and cinnamon or mashed avocado. Sometimes I used peanut butter and sliced fruit.The blue corn make really good base for my Chicken Enchilada casserole.Look for them on Thursdays at their shop in Apache Junction or at the Gilbert Farmer's Market.“
“A friend suggested Barro's for the best pizza. I have my favorites around here, so I was skeptical, but decided to try Barro's. Wow! Best pizza ever! Mega Meat. Came back yesterday for another pizza, and added a simple garden salad. Again! Best pizza! Salad was crisp, and the lettuce was especially sweet and crunchy. ?Thank you, Barro's....well be back!“

“My sister, twin girls, and myself were in the area (at nandos) and saw this cute cupcake place to have dessert. We tried the Lemon Coconut, Red Velvet, Cookies and Cream, and Strawberry cupcakes. They were all delicious! Our favorite was the Lemon Coconut. Please give this place a try. No regrets! We should have had a dozen!“
“One of my absolute favorite neighborhood spots. The environment is completely chill, even when it’s busy. The owner (I think) is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I eat gluten free (by choice) and they are able to HAPPILY accommodate anything I needed. Every time I go they are welcoming and happy. During a rush, I could see the kitchen happily working, what seemed to be stress free. And they still got food to us in a very reasonable time. Needless to say, I will be back, again and again.“
“Excellent pizza and Heather, our server, was a delight. It was like fantastic service with a mini comedy show. Pizza crust, regular and thin were wonderful. Try the #12, sausage with mushrooms in thin crust. Yum!!! Also, the wine was the cheapest price I've had in years.“

“We order here usually twice a month and have never had any issues. But this last time I ordered a pizza and asked for no mushrooms. Got our pizzas home and started eating. There were mushrooms on my pizza. They were the bottom layer, so kind of hard to take off. So I ended up eating the top layer only. Thankfully I’m not allergic. “Barro's Pizza is always busy crazy place. But they do have one heck of a good pizza there I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong with ordering a pizza from burros it's the best and they even keep it in the oven for five extra minutes to make it a little bit more well done on the crest. But they top up everybody in the valley they're so awesome friendly very helpful and the restaurant is very clean, and well organized. I give this five stars and two thumbs up.“
“Cool little place in the area. When we walked in, no one was at the counter but the lady who's working there came from the back and said hello. I got the vanilla yogurt for my daughter with no toppings. She liked it a lot. The place was pretty clean and so were the bathrooms.They have a lot of options for toppings and the overall price depends on the weight at the end. While we were there, many people poured in and it became pretty busy on Saturday afternoon. It seems to be popular in the area. We will be back.“

“We went to celebrate a birthday at the Outback at Superstition Springs in Mesa. Our server, Iris, was so friendly and great at giving suggestions of things we might like. Our birthday boy tried a drink, I believe it was called a smoke infused old fashioned. When Iris delivered the cocktail it had a glass top that she removed. It smelled like a campfire, so nice. The birthday boy said it was very good. He enjoyed it with his prime rib and shrimp.“

“I really love HG coffee. Dani and Evan run this coffee shop 5 days a week, they always smile, they always have a positive attitude, and they always make the best coffee. All of their beans are roasted in-house by Evan, and you can buy them to take home to brew yourself. Either way, you're in for the freshest and best coffee you're gonna find in the valley. Some days, I don't know how I would manage to get by without them.Vegetarian options: They have vegan baked good and vegan options for your coffee.“
