“My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Green New American Vegetarian, and while we enjoyed the overall experience, there were a few hiccups that prevented us from giving it a full five stars. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the staff were friendly, but the service was just okay.The main reason for the four-star rating was our order of West Coast fries, which unfortunately arrived drenched in sauce and served cold. This was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to trying them. However, the saving grace was the deliciousness of our Big WAC burgers. They were flavorful, satisfying, and a definite highlight of the meal. Despite the minor issues with our order, we appreciated the efforts of the staff and the quality of the food overall. With some improvements in service and attention to detail, Green New American Vegetarian has the potential to be a five-star dining destination. We would consider returning in the future, especially for those mouthwatering Big WAC burgers.“

“I absolutely loved eating here! I had the awaze tibs entre with the side of salad that comes with it. The awaze tibs tasted buttery, savory, and full of rich detail with a combination of noteworthy spice and sweetness that comes from beef tips being cooked in awaze hot sauce. The service was great while the dining atmosphere was also extremely authentic with great Ethiopian posters of artistry and other wall decor. I am so glad I came here to eat!“
“Mmm… the photo does not do the experience justice. Groovy Snooze, in the heart of the city's student district, is a nice escape from the golf and cowboy hat-wearing folks closer to the city. Tempe is a land of nose-piercing progressivism, yet this place offers everything for the discriminating vegan or carnivore. For me, the delight was the habanero pork belly bacon - four spicy, thick bits of pig that balanced splendidly with the sweet pineapple upside-down pancakes. One serving was enough for me, and it was served in a creamy cinnamon sauce with a dollop of cinnamon butter in the middle. All so good! Our friendly waiter kept the coffee mugs and water glasses filled. It's a way better option than the chains, and the prices are around the same.“
“This vegan food is so yummy and unique, with an ever changing menu, made with local and organic veggies. Some of my favorites are the cheesy sunflower mac, kale salad and green goddess potatoes made on Wednesdays. The oatmeal cookies were yummy. Housed in a cozy quiet courtyard with the sounds of water and surrounded by plants, it's the perfect place to eat lunch. They even sell local makers items and art! ?“
“Oh my goodness!! We recently celebrated Pi Day (3.14). Honeymoon Sweets European Bakery has perfected the cherry pie, my favorite. It’s the absolute BEST cherry pie I have ever had. The combination of sweet and tart is delicious! Everything I have had there has exceeded my expectations! They have a plethora of desserts available daily. I highly recommend them!“

“Expecting schezwan chicken to be dry stir fried but was still tasty. Nigiri had fat layer still on it. I've never seen it left in sushi before, so was to expecting this texture. Sweet and sour chicken was okay.The Sesame chicken tasted funny and smelled funny (like it was bad). Service was good. Probably would not recommend or come back but didn't feel it fair to leave a lower score.“
“Im from Louisiana, my husband and I stumbled across your restaurant in Sedona. I absolutely love all italian food but have a severe Dairy allergy. not only was the service spectacular but the food was heavenly. I was so excited to have found this gem, that on our 3 day weekend we came back for a 2nd meal near Phoenix. Now 6 months later we are still talking about Picazzos and are planning a trip to return when we come back to Arizona in May!!!“
“This place is a joke. my friends and I organized and reserved a date in August to get together. The food was subpar AT BEST and the tea was okay...while we had it. The service was ridiculous. Our reservation was for 2 hours. We asked for a few additions and finally received them 20 minutes before we were set to leave. The wait staff was literally in our area 3 times in 2 HOURS! Then we get our $750 check for what we thought was the "basic" experience. The wait staff then proceeded to literally hound us once we got the SINGLE check, while we were just trying to do the math quickly. NEEDLESS TO SAY, We will NEVER return. Especially since management never returned my call, as promised!“
“It's no frills, honest hot dogs and burgers from the hard luck Buffalo ownership that has been consistently putting out tastiness in Tempe since I was kid. Everything is grilled in front of you so don't expect to get food thrown at you the second you order. The onion rings with ranch are next level.“
“Every place that makes pizza should swing by here and see how it's done! SPINATO'S PIZZA IS AMAZING!!! The toppings are generously covering almost the entire pizza, not 3 inches of crust like so many places these days. It was cooked to perfectly, melty and delicious. I cannot rave enough! In the 4 short days we visited Tempe / Phoenix, we are here twice.As a sit down restaurant with my husband and toddler, we enjoyed the stuffed mushroom appetizer, which was phenomenal! Our server was great, very attentive and upbeat, and helpful with refills and recommendations. The kids ravioli came with a drink and dessert, not that it was needed after such a healthy serving of pasta. The pizza we ate was L'Italiana. The picture is worth the 1000 words I could use to describe it's deliciousness.A few days later, we ordered take out that in included Da Greek Pizza, and your Pesto Chicken Sandwich. I about died of happiness. I thought the pizza would be your only shining star, but the combination of flavors on the sandwich was unbelievable! I am so impressed and still dreaming dreams of your incredible food! Wish you had a location in Michigan, but will definitely patronize any Spinato's we come across in the future. “AMAZING!!! Tracy created our entire dessert menu for our wedding and our guests couldn't stop raving about all of them. We had a mini two-tier lemon pistachio cake for the sweetheart table and matching cupcakes for our guests plus cream puffs and lemon bars. We were lucky enough to snag a cream puff before they were gone and they were truly to die for! Everything was beautiful and the Tracy Dempsey crew was lovely to work with!!“
“I always only have good things to say about this place!! Several times I have ordered the pizza, the wings, the garlic bread and loaded fries and it's always 110%. My favorite is their appetizers and specialty pizzas. In-hourse the service is always attentive, quick, and the employees are all very nice and helpful. I also like ordering for delivery since it's nearby and FREE and it has never been a long wait even during peak times. I would take this over your average pizza parlor ANYTIME. I love you Zzeeks“
“Situated near the Harkins theatre within Tempe Marketplace you will find a pizza establishment called Slices. Though I've been numerous times to this outdoor shopping mall, I have not stopped in to this location. A friend suggested for a cheap slice meal for under $10 ($8.99 for the mix & match specials). I was skeptical as how can you get a slice, salad, and drink for under $10?! I'm thrilled to report it did live up to the hype! Heck, there was not just a few vegetarian options but they even had a few vegan slice options. The side salad left a lot to be desired based on my preferences on a salad. It contain spring mix, cherry tomatoes, and carrots. I wish it had croutons and romaine, but I'll consider that next visit if I return to the area. Cheese pizza is always a go to for me, and how I rate slices versus other pizza chains. Their cheese pizza slice was nice and floppy for folding - New York style is my pizza preference. Definitely loved the slice and could see myself making through the vegetarian slice thoughts, and also inquiring about the vegan ones as my peanut/treenut allergy can limit me. The interior is pretty small, so it can be hard to locate a spot to eat especially if you are with friends like I was. We did locate some seating outside which was enjoyable given the time of year. I would definitely factor seasonality as this may not be a place I would want to visit in the summer if indoor seating wasn't available. The service was both quick and friendly, so a great place to grab and go if seating isn't available.“

The guy on the phone said come in 30 minutes, which was perfect timing for iftar. I arrived gave my name for the order and the gentleman at the counter asked me how my Ramadan was going, had the food ready, I paid, got home in time to eat. Mashallah.I ordered Butter Chicken, 5 plain naan, and chole bhature. The food was awesome and had the right amount of spice and danced in my mouth.So, if you want Indian food with timely service then look no further.“

“We ordered a half cheese/ half pepperoni pizza with a side of extra crispy wings. The pizza and wings were pretty decent, but not as good as another location we ate at last month. To me, the wings didn’t seem extra crispy as it lacked the crunch/ crispness. Also the chicken was more on the chewy side. Lastly, I would like to recommend this location add a few watch your step signs on the side of their building. To be fair, the curb has a yellow strip, but it is impossible to notice when you are carrying a pizza box. I almost tripped, but recovered. Less than a minute later, some other patrons came out and one of them tripped off the curb and almost face planted. Luckily he was agile and impressively did a few hops to right himself up. Looked like something out of a comedy clip.“
“This owner/chef is amazing. Followed her from her last restaurant, Thai Time Kitchen. So glad she started another restaurant! Her food is spectacular with a large variety of dishes as well as her signature Thai dishes. Something for everyone! Too much to list!“
