“We had a wonderful experience here when we stopped for an afternoon treat while on vacation. The owners (I presume) were so nice and offered us as many samples as we wanted. My kids, husband, and I all enjoyed our ice cream (lots of great flavor options)! And it was reasonably priced. My daughter (3) also loved the kid-sized tables and chairs. Family friendly for sure!“
“The service here is amazing and they move the line quickly with a sense of urgency. Always friendly smiling faces and go out of their way to make sure they make your order correctly. For full transparency, I am not a fan of the coffee drinks. I have tried them all and just can't seem to find the right flavor or mix to actually taste and feel the coffee. It reminds me of Dunkin Donuts where it's sugar and milk with a hint of coffee. However, our English was too poor to understand. The landlady immediately switched to Chinese and after hearing The Chinese language was so touching that the lady boss even treated us to American Scout cookies (sure enough, any place with Taiwanese people is home❤️)When we were about to leave, he said goodbye to us warmly❤️It was so heartwarming?Forgot to mention that the drinks are really delicious. “I did my first review of this place two years ago and it has stood the test of time. I like that it always has plenty of staff and everyone seems happy to be working there and the staff is always nice and professional and the coffee, love the coffee - I always get a hot Americano with oat milk and stevia and it is probably my favorite coffee - not sure how they roast it but always flavorful.“
“This place has great raspados and other traditional Mexican snacks like tostilocos and elotes. We had an order of tostinachos that are made with the green salsa Tostitos chips and they add jalapeños. We also had a raspado of strawberry/pineapple and a raspado of strawberry/coconut. They were a nice size for a small and very refreshing on a hot summer afternoon. The service was great and they accept credit card too. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. We have found our new go to place.“
“Beautiful location! Post-Quarantine friendly :) Delicious extraordinary ice cream scoops & bars! And drinks It's one of my favorite brands. A classic comfort and a go-to for immediate pleasure or relief! "Give me the Haagen!" One of my favorite flavors is Butter Pecan. The vanilla is simply decadent. They don't have the mobile ordering at this location (unlike Scottsdale Fashion Square) that it is a bit disappointing but altogether the experience is the same. Customer service here is extremely friendly! Super nice and helpful. Thank you for making our day! And they have a table in the back (4 seats) and (2) lounger chairs. We will be back!“
“I stopped by this coffee drive-through for the first time because it was on the right side of the street and on the way to where I was going. But I was impressed and will definitely return. One selling point was the lack of a line at the drive-through. This may be because they have two drive-through lanes--one on both sides of the building. The staff was friendly. They offered to answer questions about the drinks and were ultimately happy to make something close to the drink I usually get somewhere else (though the standard offerings looked tempting too). The drinks come with a cute coffee bean on top, which was a nice touch. All in all, I appreciate this as a fast, friendly morning place to stop!“
“The Urban Tea House is located in a very busy area of ASU so be aware. Thankfully they have a small shared parking lot. The parking spaces are a commodity here. Street parking is not an option on this busy street. There were several vendors in this plaza, mostly eateries. The House is small and clean. I took a few minutes to study the menu and decided on a raspberry slush. The slush was ready in minutes. It was refreshing and very flavorful. Probably more sugar than I needed but I was thirsty. Not only do they have drinks, they also have a limited food menu. I saw Banh mi on the menu. I wasn't there for food so did not really look at that part of the menu closely. High top tables and chairs are available for seating. A good outing!“
“The smoothie was one of the best I’ve ever had that had whey protein in it! Yes it’s a little over priced but the quality was there to justify the price. The work was so sweet and gave us recommendations as it was our first time in the shop, she was patient and answered my questions about the amount of protein she added so I could track my protein for the day. 5/5 will be back!“
“Always a great experience at this location. The drive thru makes ordering much faster and more convenient for those who order as "curbside pickup." The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. I've never been disappointed with any team member nor their ability to support me. The actual product is just as amazing. The variety of flavors to pick from almost makes it impossible to pick. I'm also quite fond of their online ordering. It's easy to use and makes things much easier, especially if you're in a rush. The small size it's a very satisfying snack, or the medium size can be a lunch meal. A break from the other typical lunch spots. The smoothies are also great. The staff is always friendly.“

“This is my favorite place to get smoothies in the city! They have the freshest smoothies, they have every supplement you could want to add, and the service is always great. Also a good value 23oz for 10 bucks. (I’m halfway through it in the picture it was definitely full when I bought it) Only reasons the atmosphere is 4 stars is due to the pure an amount of space they have. It would make a great full spice smoothie bar with somewhere to sit and work. Hope they grow to that.“
