My go-to is the Chocolate shake with a non-fat yogurt base — it tastes absolutely amazing and hits the spot perfectly after a workout. This specific location is the closest to my parents’ house, so it gets most of my business, but I’ve tried multiple OSN spots and have never had a single issue with the product anywhere. They’re extremely well managed and consistently deliver top-notch quality.

“It's Jamba Juice. If you've ever had it you know what you are getting. The only thing with this one in particular is that because it is a part of the campus store they often have one person who is responsible for both. Generally there will be one for Jamba juice and one for normal store checkout though and all of the employees have to know both. This one is a bit more expensive than a regular Jamba Juice since it is on a college campus.“

“Went to this place not too long ago when I was at the mall buying shoes with my son. A nice boy gave us a free sample so I decided to buy drinks for me and my son. There was a man behind the counter yelling at the employees and that made me feel uncomfortable. That was very unprofessional and unethical in my opinion. I don't even yell at my kids that way, especially not in front of other people. So, with that being said, despite the transgression with the one employee, the smoothie was rather tasty.“

I came into the store thinking I had placed my mobile order at their location, only to realize my app had accidentally sent it to a completely different store. I was embarrassed and expected it to be a frustrating situation, but they turned what could have been a stressful experience into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
