The customer service at the Arrowhead location is phenomenal. Another location had lost my order and the staff at Arrowhead could have just brushed me off or pawned me back in the location that dropped the ball. Instead they took their time to help me by calling other stores to locate the missing order and even followed up to make sure everything was taken care of.
Love their Acai bowls
The protein power bowl was great. The service provided by Jet was outstanding and Jet exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend visiting Nekter.

Nekter Juice Bar is a popular spot for smoothie bowls and drinks. Customers appreciate the welcoming service and quick pick-up orders. The açaí banana berry bowl is a favorite, although some may prefer less agave in their options. The Health Nut and Chocolate Peanut Butter smoothies are also popular choices, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it a pleasant place to visit. The staff, including helpful employees like Parker, often provide superior service that keeps customers coming back. Many visitors find the smoothies and bowls to be fresh and delicious, especially after outdoor activities like hikes. The place is known for being clean and friendly, with some customers mentioning they consider it their go-to açaí spot. While the small staff sometimes causes wait times, most agree that the quality and service make it worth returning. Some customers wish the ingredients could be all organic, but overall, Nekter Juice Bar remains a favorite for tasty, refreshing options.
