I love Nekter but the customer service is always off. Girls are always rude and not friendly when people come in the door, they're always in a rush to get your order even if no one else is in the store. Today was worse, they hurried my order out and they even gave me banana peels with my açaí bowl and they also left a strawberry stem leaf as well. Poor customer service, unfriendly staff and rushed orders. Will not come back to this location. NOTE: THEY ARE ONLY FRIENDLY TO A CERTAIN AUDIENCE AND THAT IS ANYONE THAT DOES RESEMBLE THEM. Very racist if you may ask. Not my first encounter at all Nekter's I've been to, but this location in particular takes the cake.

I'm at 35-year-old Native American, and that wouldn't matter except that I walked in and both of you young employees who happen to be Caucasian stare at me with frowns, and I say hello and they turn away and just keep working like I wasn't even there. 10 minutes later to senior Caucasian people walk in, one man, and one female. As soon as they enter the door, the two workers turned to them with smiles, and said hello welcome to Nekter! And after that, I think they realized they messed up because they made the sloppiest most disgusting effort by saying to me "what do you want". It's appalling to know that a place that I've bought in so many açai bowls from, hundreds of dollars paid, and I get treated so disrespectfully like my money isn't worth as much as someone else's of a different skin color. I would definitely like to speak to the owner and not the maybe 20-year-old Manager with red hair I'm guessing as a manager because when I came back in, I said "that was pretty rude that you guys didn't acknowledge me for over 10 minutes, but as soon as they walked in you guys at them and said hello, welcome to nectar" to which I replied "so they just walk in and you guys take care of them immediately but I've been here for 10 minutes and you guys haven't said a word to me and I just wanted to order a bowl but you guys acted like I wasn't even here and that was quite rude of you. Could you make an açai bowl right now for me please since you guys decided to take care of them before me even though I was there 10 minutes earlier?" To which they replied you don't have to order anything..." Which I replied "I love this place and I've been eating here for quite a long time, and I would rather not give a bad review, so could you guys please make me one?" Replied again you don't have to order anything attitude like I was wrong for being treated like I was a ghost and see-through in there. I wouldn't of stated the ethnicities if it wasn't for the fact that they embraced two elder Caucasians in their 50s and above immediately when they walked in the door, but gave me looks with dead eyes when I walked in and stared at me, and I said hello and they just turned away and went back to work and didn't say a word to me, acknowledge that I even existed until I brought it up about, how are you guys going to embrace them with open charm business should be open because I guarantee the owner wouldn't be happy hearing that you guys just ignore some people and the only thing I think of is I do look young for 35 but I'm also native American and people have been looked through and disregarded enough in this world by this United States, as long as the US has been here. It's sad to say how stereotypical race is bred into some people. I didn't want to say that, but what else am I think it was that they looked right through me like I wasn't even there and didn't even respond when I gave them a warming hello?... To say the least I'm appalled with the service and this is the first time I've ever had horrible service at this nectar or the one off of Happy Valley on the right side of the 17 north. This was the first really bad experience to me, and I would love to speak to the owner instead of a barely able to drink manager that handles it with hostility because don't you train your employees to welcome in the door like they welcome them but not me? So I would greatly appreciate if they (the owner) would contact me back on this post and we can exchange emails and phone numbers and I can come in when you're there and I would love if you had your two employees that you have working right now at 3 PM there as well, that way they can tell you something that is a lie because I will gladly say exactly what happened to you in person with no hostility and I guarantee they'll get hostile because they know they messed up but instead of fixing the problem with a solution, they just gave

I've always loved Nektar until now. I came in 15 mins before closing. They charged a women for a juice when their juicer was closed?. I guess because I was next in line, they had to take their frustrations out on my order. They slapped together a bowl for me and did it completely wrong and not how I had asked. I asked for a Acai peanut butter bowl with their green tea metabolism boost and extra banana slices and a scoop of peanut butter on top. They didn't blend my bowl correctly. So I'm left with chunks of strawberries and ice. Tasted flavorless and depressing. I didn't get my extra banana slices and she forgot the scoop of peanut butter. I had to ask for that which is why you see it in photo. I then wanted to know if she included my green tea metabolism that I requested. She proceeded to tell me that they haven't had that even tho I ordered it yesterday? I have also been ordering it through the uber app. Which charges $2 extra for it. So you're telling me, this whole week I've been charged $2 extra for each bowl? And never had it inside? She looked at me funny and asked the guy who looked new. And he was so sure we had it. Then told me they didn't. Which is frustrating. They need to fix their option through the app then. Because I've been paying $18 for a bowl that should have been $11 - $13... here is pictures of my bowl! She didn't put enough in it so it's super low and everything was just thrown in it. I'm used to their nice presentation. But this was just sad overall... I haven't eaten much this past week and their bowls are the only thing I could keep down. Today I was really looking forward to it since I haven't eaten at all. :/

I always place my order for pick up. It's ready in 20 min. Customer service ? welcoming is always pleasant. These bowls last two days for me! I just wish it was all organic. I love this Nekter juice bar!

Umm, not impressed with the customer service aspect, it will be the main reason that this location will not perform well. When it feels like you're a burden and the workers would much rather you leave then have to make a drink you ordered it generally makes people not want to come back. No smiles, no good vibes = No Return .. It's a shame

A little upsetting. Ordered 2 things from here a green smoothie and a smoothie bowl. When I got the smoothie bowl it was rotten fruit on top of it, literally the strawberry was slimy and smelled rotten. The bananas smelled bad too. I did not think it was a big deal so just went back and asked for it to be corrected. The girl literally just took off “the strawberry”. Kept the other stuff on and gave me a side strawberry. What in the world.I didn’t bother to correct them a 3rd time. That’s ridiculous. Even a McDonald’s drive thru would have given fresh food.Writing this review in the parking lot as we speak.

Honestly I've liked Nektar for the most part however today I learned that for their "scoop" of protein they charge $1 for it's only 5 grams of protein. This is the biggest joke I've ever heard. I usually get a smoothie after work for my pre workout meal replacement and 5 grams is not enough to be considered as a pre workout. I will never be getting Nektar again due to this alone. Also, stop letting your employees solicit for tips! Their whole job is to make smoothies and the company should be covering their wages.
