“While I’m very glad to have a Dutch Bros in Fountain Hills I must admit, this is an interesting choice for a location. Dutch Bros famously has a youthful atmosphere. Current top 40 hits always playing, bright colors, lots of options of sweet caffeinated drinks, and top notch friendly and extroverted service. I’ve lived in Fountain Hills almost my entire life and love it but ‘youthful’ would not be one of the first words I would use to describe it.I watched a very interesting interaction with an older customer accosting the staff that their K Cup make at home coffee was not up to her standards. This was an almost ten minute interaction where they were happy and quick to give her a refund and offer her a free drink in between her lengthy and unkind words. They made her feel heard, spoke to her very gently, and she left thanking them. They also gave me a free drink in between taking care of her.I fully intend to be frequently going to this location for the great coffee and customer service.“

“Rainbow Donuts is seriously one of those places you’re so glad you discovered 🍩✨ Total hidden gem in Fountain Hills and absolutely worth stopping for. I picked up a strawberry frosted donut with a chocolate milk and everything was spot on from the first bite 🤤🍓🥛 The donut was fresh soft and perfectly sweet with just the right amount of frosting not overpowering at all and the flavors tasted clean and intentional not artificial or heavy.
What really stood out besides the food was the customer service. Everyone was super friendly welcoming and genuinely happy to help which makes such a big difference these days 😊🙌 You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The shop has that classic neighborhood donut spot vibe where you feel comfortable the moment you walk in.
If you’re looking for a quality donut made right with great service and no gimmicks this is the place. Definitely one of those spots you’ll keep coming back to once you find it 🍩💯 Highly recommend giving it a try.“

“Maddie is an incredible manager, her team is always friendly and shows exemplary customer service. We did a delivery order (usually we pickup the chais and coffee) and they left a cute now for us on our order. Whenever we come to AZ we always order from this specific Black Rock😆, but they are all great. Oh, the music is great...fun hip vibe.“

Got the Prime Thyme and it was perfect! Lots of dressing used but not a problem because it’s vinegar-based so it’s tasty but low calories.
