“Liz is PHENOMENAL. I have never had in all my years of life had an employee like her GO ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. I walked in and she greeted me like an old friend. I then stood there for approximately 10.29 minutes wondering where the ABSOLUTE HELL the powdered donuts went. She told me they were discontinued, and I sighed, ready to walk out and quit eating Voodoo and possibly donuts forever. THIS WAS THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE. I looked up to Liz, and like the shining ray of life she was, she caressed my face and told me “say less” and ran into the back to make me—NOT ONE, BUT TWO—freshly powdered donuts made with love. I haven’t felt love like this since my father died and I first got married to my ex wife Beckany. Anyway, love this store and love this manager Liz. I WILL be coming back.“

“Had a fantastic experience at Menchie’s on Baseline! Giuliana and Briana were working the counter and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made great flavor suggestions and went out of their way to help my friend find dairy-free options—which they had plenty of. Their positive attitude and gracious customer service really stood out. 5 Stars for Giuliana and Briana - only because we can't give 10 - really helpful, courteous, and kept the place clean.

The whole visit was quick and easy, with a fast checkout process and a great selection of toppings to choose from. The store was also exceptionally clean, tidy, and welcoming. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back! 🍦😊“

First of all, Mama Linda herself took my order over the phone and she was a delight to talk to. When I picked the cake up she was there to ring me up and show me the cake. The cake looked so beautiful and obviously made with care. This was one of the best cakes me and my family had ever had!! It was so delicious! “DELICIOUS Cold Stone Creamery! I had a large that included 3 scopes - black sesame, taro and corn. The flavor in each was so authentic and true to what it is. I could tell the main ingredient in the black sesame ice cream was actual black sesame and not artificial flavors. All three were fantastic, creamy, and not overly sweet and rich. However, my favorite was the TARO. I will definitely return when I'm craving ice cream, which is pretty much all the time. Thank god for Sundaes and Cones.“
