“Had a fantastic experience at Menchie’s on Baseline! Giuliana and Briana were working the counter and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made great flavor suggestions and went out of their way to help my friend find dairy-free options—which they had plenty of. Their positive attitude and gracious customer service really stood out. 5 Stars for Giuliana and Briana - only because we can't give 10 - really helpful, courteous, and kept the place clean.

“My husband and I visited Private Taste to choose desserts for our wedding. Sarah was happy to help us switch from a cake to cupcakes, and she made the whole experience wonderful.
We are both deaf, and Sarah was very accommodating. She communicated clearly by reading lips and using text-to-speech. She was patient and never made us feel rushed or dismissed. She was also warm and friendly, and explained all the flavors and details beautifully.
The atmosphere was lovely and welcoming, and so many of the flavors were amazing! I was especially impressed by the gluten-free cupcake—it was the best I’ve ever had: moist, rich, and full of flavor. Gluten-free cakes and cupcakes can often be dry, but these were perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs gluten-free options. “I recently ordered a cake from this wonderful place for my sister's 50th birthday. I asked for a lemon cake with vanilla frosting. First of all, Mama Linda herself took my order over the phone and she was a delight to talk to. When I picked the cake up she was there to ring me up and show me the cake. The cake looked so beautiful and obviously made with care. This was one of the best cakes me and my family had ever had!! It was so delicious! I can't say enough good things about Mama Linda's Bakeshop. This was the second time I ordered a cake from her. The first one was for my Mom's 70th birthday. It was her signature carrot cake, and that was also an incredible cake. 5 star service, 5 star cakes!“
