“Jessica is a LIFESAVER! I had another vendor mess up with shipping dates and 2.5 days to event I was stuck. I contacted MULTIPLE customize cookie/ chocolate shops and Jessica was the ONLY one who responded ASAP and was able to accommodate our order with such a tight timeline!!

“Who doesn’t love frozen yogurt??? Menchie’s has a variety of flavors, toppings, cones or a bowl & spoon if you prefer. This Menchie’s is located in a Target shopping center so parking is plentiful.Its located behind the Shell gas station in the center.Lots of seating inside & some seating outside.Great place to people watch & have a nice conversation with a stranger.Seems to be a happy place for adults & kids.The restrooms & store were clean & they also have an A rating. Customer Service was FIRST CLASS!!!Thank you Cameron for your kindness & smile. My favorite right now is definitely Pistachio, LOVE it 😍 Stop in & treat yourself :)“

First of all, Mama Linda herself took my order over the phone and she was a delight to talk to. When I picked the cake up she was there to ring me up and show me the cake. “Had a fantastic experience at Menchie’s on Baseline! Giuliana and Briana were working the counter and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made great flavor suggestions and went out of their way to help my friend find dairy-free options—which they had plenty of. Their positive attitude and gracious customer service really stood out. 5 Stars for Giuliana and Briana - only because we can't give 10 - really helpful, courteous, and kept the place clean.

The whole visit was quick and easy, with a fast checkout process and a great selection of toppings to choose from. The store was also exceptionally clean, tidy, and welcoming. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back! 🍦😊“
