I’ve enjoyed Menchie’s in the past, but this visit was disappointing. The vanilla snow flavor seems to have been replaced with “Vanilla Gem,” and it had very little flavor compared to the original.
I also didn’t appreciate being prompted for a tip when the dining area was not clean or in order, especially since it was not busy.
Just sharing honest feedback and hoping the quality and overall experience improve.

Tried this menchies location on a weekday afternoon. Not really impressed with the flavor choices. And coming to the toppings, almonds were stale and ruined the entire bowl. Please better get rid of them. And a young lady asked for my phone number but didn’t apply the credit I have on my account. So a total disaster trip considering how expensive it was.
