Super nice store , very clean and organized. The employee was very nice and welcoming. I got froyo and enjoy it , didn’t have it since 2020 when unfortunately I closed my own Menches store. Congrats to owners and your team members for doing such good job.

Staff is rude and unwelcoming. They did not greet us nor did they seem to want to answer questions. They seemed bothered that we walked into the shop. They had no issues talking to each other and sitting on the counter. Also They both left to the back and the front was left unattended for an extended period of time. The yogurt was ok, nothing extraordinary. I will not return and I don’t recommend this place to anyone as they make you feel uncomfortable. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere

This business owner should be ashamed of themselves. They have the thermostat set at 84 degrees in 118 degree weather. Arizona law requires a business to keep the thermostat no higher than 80 in the summer. My yogurt melted before I could even check out. I have a heat intolerance due to a medical condition and it almost made me pass out from being so hot inside. The employee said the owner refuses to turn the thermostat any lower and to avoid passing out, he has to go inside the freezers to cool off. This is ridiculous especially for how expensive the trash yogurt is. Will never patron this place again. Thanks for an expensive melted mess that I couldn't eat and had to throw away.

You can't get more than average from me if you don't make coconut flavor available. Sorry.$9.25 for a small amount of frozen yogurt is outrageously expensive. It's much cheaper to buy 3 yogurt tubs at the grocery store.

This place is a favorite for my mom and I as we love the frozen yogurt flavors! The cake batter as well as the chocolate and vanilla swirl are amazing! Love the toppings, just wish they still had the tiny chocolate chips. It's a great place to stop on a hot summer day, lots of indoor seating.

Mommy and son date! He wanted fro-yo so we decided on Menchies based on other reviews. It was good…TBH I wasn’t overly impressed or blown away but it wasn’t bad either. There wasn’t a huge selection of flavors compared to other fro-yo places. We tried a sample of the watermelon sorbet which I thought would be really light & refreshing but it was weird…Kind of had a chemical aftertaste. My son decided on caramel and a TON of toppings. They do have bursting bobas though for a topping which was cool. It was a little under $9 for a smaller bowl with lots of toppings so I would say about average pricing for fro-yo. There is indoor and outdoor seating available and the store was clean.

So, stop #7 on our Summer Vegan Journey was not really a restaurant as much as it was a delicious treat we tried. Menchie's has OATLY plant-based frozen yogurt. Now, for those of you who love oat milk and have tried OATLY then you know how good it is. If you have not had OATLY milk, no worries, you will love the fro-yo they have at Menchie's...I highly recommend it. The location is just okay...it is a bit small but that is not a bad thing. I only mention this because if you come directly down Frank Lloyd Wright you won't have a problem finding it but if you come from any other direction it can be tricky to find.Eat, Drink, and Be Merry, my Friends!!

Menchie's sent me a coupon for a comp froyo. Sweet! The website has some improvements to make though. I wasn't able to access my account. I talked to staff about my issues. They pulled up my information by your phone and were able to see the comp offer. Cool. I decided on chocolate, pineapple, tiramisu, & mixed fruit. No toppings as I like the froyo. All the flavors were in point. Staff thanked me for my business. Shared parking lot with indoor and outdoor seating.
