BEST PHO in the valley!!! I'm from Alabama, where we don't have any good Pho! I moved to Scottsdale and have been living here for 5 years. I have tried multiple Pho places, and this one is by far the best. Their broth is seasoned so well! No other Pho broth in the valley holds a candle to Saigon Nites broth for the Pho. I have also tried the fried rice, that's so dang good, too!
Tried this place for the 1st time. They do it right. I have been to dozens of pho places and this one is right up there. The noodles didn't come stuck together, brisket was great, and the service was super fast. I know my new favorite spot, limited seating so I hope it doesn't get too popular.

If anybody is complaining about the taste of ANYTHING at Saigon Nites, they have no taste buds. This place serves the BEST bowl of Pho in the contiguous US. I've been all over this country and Saigon Nites puts them all the shame. I immediately head over to this place any time I touch down in AZ. There is not one marginal dish, everything is tasty.
