I came in today around 5 and the ice cream was amazing. The staff was nice and they were fast on making my ice cream. I order the strawberry blonde. I will come back!!
Cold Stone never disappoints! The ice cream is always rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. I love how customizable everything is—from the wide variety of mix-ins to the freshly made waffle cones.

Cold Stone Creamery is a popular ice cream spot, but customer experiences can vary. One customer, Anthony, had a friendly interaction while ordering. However, another family felt overlooked when no one acknowledged them initially. They found the ice cream and shakes watery. A third customer reported only one worker during their visit, while a homeless woman was present, making the situation feel unsafe. Despite these concerns, the staff is noted for being kind and pleasant.
