I’ve never ordered a custom cake, and it was my moms 50th birthday, we also share birthdays so I made sure to try to do something nice to her and there was a gentlemen I spoke to on the phone (I really wish I remembered his name) who had great customer service and was very nice. They informed me about all the details via email and were very prompt and swift because I was on a time crunch as it was a couple days prior to me needing this cake!
