“I recently ordered a cake from this wonderful place for my sister's 50th birthday. I asked for a lemon cake with vanilla frosting. First of all, Mama Linda herself took my order over the phone and she was a delight to talk to. When I picked the cake up she was there to ring me up and show me the cake. The cake looked so beautiful and obviously made with care. This was one of the best cakes me and my family had ever had!! It was so delicious! I can't say enough good things about Mama Linda's Bakeshop. This was the second time I ordered a cake from her. The first one was for my Mom's 70th birthday. It was her signature carrot cake, and that was also an incredible cake. 5 star service, 5 star cakes!“

“I chose Neapolitan bread top with banana and bottom with strawberry filling. Cake came out beautiful everyone loved it. Cake was moist not dry. I did picked up cake early in the morning, so i was given the crown and princess pic frames separately since we were not cutting cake until night. Before cutting cake, we put the crown which was really nice and heavy. Also added the frames which were super easy to do.“

I went in there with my young son, and I was ordering, and I was reaching in my purse for money and trying to tell my son that he can't get a bunch of extra scoops and extra stuff on it. Suddenly the teen girl at the register, said I'll be right back and she came back and SHE PAID FOR OUR ICE CREAM OUT OF HER OWN MONEY I was pleasantly shocked. “Love cold stone! My son has a nut allergy so I let Ivan know about his allergy before he started our order and he asked Beth to guide him through the correct way of serving to an allergic costumer. She was so nice and quick to help. They used all clean containers and spoons to mix our order. They were both so kind and friendly. Our ice cream was great! I really hope to see them there again soon. Definitely our new fav ice cream place!“

“I’ve been visiting the Cold Stone Creamery on Camelback for almost two years now, and it has consistently been my favorite spot for ice cream. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is the incredibly nice, attentive, and genuinely personal manager. She goes above and beyond to make every visit feel special, always greeting customers with a warm smile and making sure the experience is top-notch. You can tell that she takes pride in her store and the service provided.

Recently, I’ve noticed a lot of new employees at this location. While there’s always a learning curve with new staff, any small hiccups are clearly just part of the manager’s efforts to build her team and guide them to meet the same friendly, welcoming, and efficient standard she sets for herself.

Overall, this Cold Stone Creamery is fantastic. The ice cream is always delicious, the store is clean and inviting, and the manager truly makes the experience memorable. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area—you’ll see why I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly two years!

P.S. If you get a signature creation, try getting it in shake form. The manager mentioned that to me once and I’ve never had their ice cream any other way.“
