This happened a few years ago, and I feel horrible about not posting anything until now. I went in there with my young son, and I was ordering, and I was reaching in my purse for money and trying to tell my son that he can't get a bunch of extra scoops and extra stuff on it. Suddenly the teen girl at the register, said I'll be right back and she came back and SHE PAID FOR OUR ICE CREAM OUT OF HER OWN MONEY I was pleasantly shocked. It's your run of the mill Cold Stone, just the service needs a bit of work. Adult supervision for the younger employees would solve a lot of the service mishaps.
