Great service great attitude!
I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. Your store manager should be trained in allergies AND know how to look up ingredients in the food & communicate it to the public. This should be the standard not the exception. I was in the Boca Park location on 12/18/24 and had an absolutely terrible experience.
I placed our order for 2 try 2’s. The staff working was so unorganized they let our sandwiches sit while they tried to find enough ingredients to make our salads.
One employee used old brown Avocado's because as she told another employee I don’t want to cut anymore.

Based on the reviews, Café Zupas is a place where the food is typically good, clean, and fresh. The food is not complicated, quick and easy, and actually good. Specific meals mentioned include the Strawberry Harvest Salad, the PowerBowl, and a salad and soup combination. The PowerBowl is described as absolutely delicious with fresh ingredients, super healthy, and filling, with fresh strawberry covered in milk chocolate & a biscuit with butter available. However, the restaurant has issues. It is typically DIRTY inside, with floors needing mopping, overflowing trashes, and dirty tables. There is also a stench of raw sewage outside. The line becomes longer and longer when it is time to pay, which seems chaotic. The Desert Ridge location staff could be much friendlier and the restaurant is not always clean, though the staff at another visit had a wonderful disposition. One staff member was hard to understand, not talking clearly and with a low voice.
