This happened a few years ago, and I feel horrible about not posting anything until now. I went in there with my young son, and I was ordering, and I was reaching in my purse for money and trying to tell my son that he can't get a bunch of extra scoops and extra stuff on it. Suddenly the teen girl at the register, said I'll be right back and she came back and SHE PAID FOR OUR ICE CREAM OUT OF HER OWN MONEY I was pleasantly shocked. However, I do regret not posting this...

Brendon, Abbie, and Mason were all amazing when I came into Cold Stone! They had great customer service — super friendly and welcoming the whole time. I ordered the Strawberry Blonde, and it was delicious. I highly recommend coming here if you want great ice cream and a great experience!

The experience was great! There was no line when I visited. The associate was friendly. I was in & out quickly, licking a cone of oreo cream ice cream. 😊

It's located in Desert Ridge, plenty of parking. Accessible entrance.
