My boyfriend and I came here to get some icecream. And we’re treated horribly, if I could I would give zero stars. The girl that took our order is a super skinny white girl. I don’t understand why she’s even there if she clearly doesn’t want to work ?

I came in on 2/26. The girls working were horribly rude, rushing us to order when nobody else was in the store, plus an hour and a half before closing so I know you’re not about to close. The counter where they mix ice creams was super dirty with different toppings all over. When I got my ice cream, my first bite had a walnut in it. I ordered NOTHING with nuts in it & I am very allergic. I let the girl know, and asked if she would be able to remake it for me. She rolls her eyes, proceeds to tell me how it is actually MY fault because I need to tell them about my allergies before I order and how that is the rule there. NEVER have I had an issue with having to list my allergies to a worker when I haven’t ordered anything with nuts in it. Maybe clean your counter?? Then upon remaking it, give me a smaller size then I had paid for. I wouldn’t be making this review if the girl working had maybe shown me an ounce of sympathy that I could’ve had to go to the hospital? Please teach your employees how to be respectful to customers. <3

Poor service from young ladies behind the counter. We're tourists visiting the city and our very first time at a Cold Stone creamery. Parlor looked inviting from the outside, but less appealing once inside. Not well balanced with flavors. I definitely will not return.

Can someone please help me understand why the owner would be open on Christmas day. My Granddaughter should be able to spend this National Holiday with her family. The owner needs to take better care of his employees to prosper and not work them for personal gain. They deserve to have their Holiday paid time off! Sorry to say but this owner is a Grinch.

Amazing ice cream, they have a flavor called Mississippi Mud Pie. Oh my! We have tried to duplicate it at home, close ... but not quite. Go try it. It's GREAT!!!

$20 dollars for two "large" shakes that could've fit into some half-pint container. The shakes themselves tasted ok but nothing more, I wish I had seen Chas's review beforehand
Possibly the Best Cold Stone Creamery in the valley! My visit there on 7.24.23 was exceptional and the blonde young lady that helped me out truly made my otherwise dreadful day 100% Better, TY?

Delicious and fresh! The young ladies working there are polite and friendly. There's so many options available, but I always go plain ol' vanilla. The sweet cream is a fantastic choice for someone who likes treats but nothing too sweet.

We ordered on the mobile app for delivery. After waiting an hour for our ice cream, we called the store. Spoke to the manager, McKenzie. She said they were too busy to do our order and they sent the delivery driver away. OMG, the worst customer service ever. She said we could come in and they would make it for us when we got there. I asked to cancel the order. She said they were too busy and she woukd do it when she had time. Still have not been reimbursed for the expensive order.
