I cannot say enough good things about the team at Cold Stone Creamery! We ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday, and due to a glitch, the order unfortunately got lost.
Instead of turning us away, the owner went completely above and beyond. They stayed late to make the cake from scratch and then personally drove it over to my parents' house to make sure it arrived right on time for her party.
