My sister and I took Nichole’s sourdough class and it was AMAZING! Nichole is a great teacher and so welcoming to all skill levels. You can tell she’s put a lot of thought and effort into the structure of the class to make it the best it can be. We had such a great time. Highly recommend - and her sourdough is delicious!

Such a delightful and informative Sourdough baking class with Nicole. I came to class with no background in bread baking, and wanted to learn sourdough with an experienced baker. Nicole is a thorough, patient and an encouraging teacher. The sourdough bread is delicious and I love integrating baking bread into the rhythm of my home .
