8 of us visited OTG yesterday, arrive at 3:40 PM. Not blaming the waitress because they appeared to be short handed. Our drink order didn't ring in until after 4PM so we missed the before 4PM drink price. Then, rather than a choice of appetizer (free with a drink), we got a bowl of stale chips & salsa. Good atmosphere, good people great bands and the food is good for bar food....but the service is horrible. Sat on the patio for 30 min and had to flag down the vape queen, seriously all she does is constantly vape, just to get menu. Ten minutes pass she never comes back. Moved inside sat for 20 minutes, server walked by 5 times acknowledged us once but didn't come back. We left went to Slaughter House, much better service.
