8 of us visited OTG yesterday, arrive at 3:40 PM. Not blaming the waitress because they appeared to be short handed. Our drink order didn't ring in until after 4PM so we missed the before 4PM drink price. Then, rather than a choice of appetizer (free with a drink), we got a bowl of stale chips & salsa. The specials are on the menu, stayed FREE choice w/drink. We visit OTG regularly but it was first visit for our 6 friends. We did order food & most was good except one order of chips (stale) & salsa.Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was very nice.

This was a great place to be for St. Patrick's Day. There was no entry fee and the atmosphere and the people were great.

This is for Ambiance: As a previous bar owner of several myself I found this situation totally uncalled for. Myslef & 3 other girls had a nice day Riding for brunch. We went to Slaughter House first which was awesome as always. Everyone was warm & inviting. Then we decided to go to OTG . We pull up on our motorcycles. We're in a good mood,good vibe & positive energy. Apparently we accidentally went through the door from the outside going in. Accidentally is a keyword here? As soon as we walked in 4 steps into the bar ,the bartender yelled at us so loud & reprimanded us like we were 5 years old & in front of the entire bar which was very awkward. She was very rude about it and told us Hey! Hey do not come through there.!!! Do you hear me ? You absolutely do not come through there again! Thays for employees only and you are not an employee ! You go the other way! I looked at her and said I apologize it was a mistake ? We didn't see it said employees Only my bad! The other girls said oh I'm sorry! That wasn't good enough for her, because she had to finish up one more time very loudly. Yes, you better not let it happen again! First, let me tell you for a Sunday the bar wasn't that busy so it wasn't like waitresses were slinging drinks in and out on a busy day. It was a simple mistake that we apologize for but she didn't need to treat us like that. Long story short, we went over & said hi to the waitresses. told them what happened & we will not be doing business here. Professionally, she could've politely told us that not shouted it loud so the whole bar heard & act like her power was mightier than all. She ruined the vibe instantly & we did not want to stay & spend money which we do! We called ahead & told the rest of our group who were riding there as well to not go there & we will meet everyone at Jolies's where they're warm kind & inviting . if I was the owner of this business, I would be very upset the way that bartender just lost y'all some money & repetitive business. It's a shame that women can't be kind to one another nowadays. Like I said, slaughterhouse, and Jolies were awesome and amazing to us, but the customer service we got as soon as we walked into the place was unacceptable by all means. And that's the reason we left we did not buy a drink. We hopped on our bikes and we had an amazing rest of the day despite the embarrassment. Shame the bartender lost out on a big party who tips very very well! Lesson learned! This happened this Sunday!

This is a dive bar. Yea, they serve food, but the food is below average. The service was slow. The seating is uncomfortable. It could be so nice with a patio that overlooks the golf course. If they put in nice table seating, instead of the high tops and long bar top seating. I guess since they have live music some nights, they are probably catering more towards the late night drinking crowds.
Had a blast place is very fun and great employees!!!

Good atmosphere, good people great bands and the food is good for bar food....but the service is horrible. Sat on the patio for 30 min and had to flag down the vape queen, seriously all she does is constantly vape, just to get menu. Ten minutes pass she never comes back. Moved inside sat for 20 minutes, server walked by 5 times acknowledged us once but didn't come back. We left went to Slaughter House, much better service.

Morgan is the worst server in the history of Mesa dining. I don't know if she has a problem with women, but has ignored my friends and I every time we come in.. She only takes one food order and walks away. Doesn't get the drinks correct and has a snotty attitude every time. Too bad because they outdoor area is
