Quality customer service.
The bagels are outstanding and what they do with them is even better. The food is great but if you get a certain staff to help you you are lost. Ordered four specific dozen of bagels. They did not supply what was ordered. Four different cream cheese spreads...tried to deliver all plain. Argued with me about most things and then delivered cream cheese that was out of date two days before. Molding two days after I got it. I will go back but will see what I am getting before...read full review
