I usually get a couple dozen bagels on Tuesdays for my company's team meeting and their bagels are still soft and fresh three and four days later everybody at the shop raves about it is the best bagel shop I've ever saw
First off, they’re Russian & Pumpernickel bagels are my favorite, and not easy to find at many bagel shops. The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful & patient. I included patient because often customers can be less than patient and demanding. But I’ve only witnessed staff handling such rare customers with genuine kindness & patience.
