Let me first just start saying I am on my husband's account. I am a corporate manager! My name is Hailey! We went to Walmart to get a new vacuum stopped by Jimmy John's to get a sandwich to take home! Jayden the manager was there to greet Us and take our order! Absolute sweetheart and has the best customer service! I see her one day owning her own Jimmy John's! Please give this girl a raise or put her somewhere higher where she deserves before I come and steal her!!

The menu is easy to understand, and the food comes out in a timely manner and tastes great. The staff is accommodating and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience. Customers appreciate the staff making eye contact and welcoming them right away, and being patient while they decide what to order. One customer felt seen and heard with extra tomatoes on their sandwich. The TOASTED ULTIMATE ITALIAN is noted for having bacon. The Firecracker was good, and lettuce wrap sandwiches are loved.
