No ketchup , is that too much to ask. I first had the ultimate cheeseburger in 1982. It Never had ketchup on it. Now, all the sudden it has ketchup on it. What the ketchup! I don't even think that's how it's spelled. Why you gotta change stuff.
So we had a really horrible experience at this Jack in the box. But the reason i'm giving it five stars is because of the district manager Yessica. The employee we dealt with originally was so rude. She would not fix the order that was wrong and told my bf she wasn't going to fix it and he should leave.
