The best it's ever been since it opened many years ago. The young man who worked at the drive-up window personified customer service! He was so happy (genuinely) , up beat and that smile of his radiated genuine positivity. The pizza was exactly as ordered, hot and delicious. Give it another try!
Every was great from ordering, to picking up the food and taste of the food. I write a lot of reviews. And I'm extremely big on customer service. This lady at Pizza Hut was great. I spent the same amount of money here as I did last week at another place where the customer service was horrid! And they didn't even give me my correct meal. Great hustle by the team. Great service at the counter. Great pricing. Great pizza. These kids that work there are trained well in customer service and the communication that I was hearing between the staff was amazing as they were working their tails off. Wait time was on point. They welcomed me in the door and had a nice parting comment on the way out. The store was clean and the festive decorations made it even better.
