EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF ESPECIALLY FEMALE “General manager” DISGUSTING. You would think it be a “convenient” location because of drive-thru window, but instead you will be told by a well season “general manager” when paying with cash that “she has an issue with hands”(whatever that means?) all while dropping your money on the ground because she decided not to be prepared for HER needs by wearing gloves as should be. The worst customer service there could be. Extremely rude, and unnecessary childish behavior. Thank you for tossing my money on the ground without apologizing for YOUR NEEDS instead of accommodating THE PAYING CUSTOMER. This location needs an evaluation because servicing you is not their priority. Never returning again, and thank you for making Pizza Hut look extremely poor in service. It’s not my responsibility to make your inconveniences convenient, I just wanted my lunch today but I guess that was too hard.

The guy at the window was a cool kid, food was quickly prepped and warm but we don't feel like the wings were well done like requested and the "deals" didn't feel like much of a deal. Also, I can't believe we as Americans are allowing restaurants to charge us for a count of wings but splitting it in half and charging for 2.

So beyond disappointment. Ordered 3 pizzas, should have known by how fast they were ready that they would be on the raw side. Had to come home and bake a slice. The stuffed crust cheese wasn't even melted and you could still see the grated pieces of cheese on the limp crust. The thin crust was even soft and not crispy at all. So disappointment I was beyond even calling to let them know. $44 wasted.

I have never felt the need to leave a review for anything anywhere I went. But the way the young man just treated me on the phone I would leave a negative review if I could. I dont care how you feel there are certain things you do not do in customer service and management clearly has not taught proper edict to the employees here.

Was Extremely disappointed in my pizzas… Especially because this was to make up for my last pizzas not being right! I ordered XTRA XTRA SAUCE & they were complete DRY ?. I mean it was seriously like eating crispy dry cardboard!! & I know they can make a thin & crispy with xtra xtra sauce good, cuz they’ve done it here before! So I very disappointed! ☹️

I don't know if employees have changed or what happened. Everything I've experienced lately has been unfortunate. My order prior to this made me ill, I reported this to the store and no response. I decided to give it one more try with points earned. Learned the hard way this location chooses when to lock their lobby doors during business hours. There is an odd drive thru that isn't signed as the work around. Pizza looks flat and gummy and tastes about the same. Boneless wings are a safer bet with counting and spreading sauce over them being the only needed skill set. There was a time I would have recommended this place. That time had passed, easy to go to another option.
The food was awful. The breadsticks were supposed to be plain instead I got something that was soggy and covered in grease and chunks of something. The pizza looked like it was sloshed around the back of a truck for an hour. The wings container was fully smashed and the wings had almost no sauce. Everything was cold and I live leas than 3 miles from the location. Will never ever give them my business again. $60 wasted.

This store got my order wrong. It was a delivery order. I call immediately right after delivery and informed them that one of the items of my order was wrong. The lady who answered the phone was completely rude with me for no reason. All I wanted was for my order that I placed for delivery to be correct. She then told me she'd have someone bring it out or I can get a refund. With her attitude I would be scared that she'd do something to my order. Therefore I asked for a refund and she's talking about she'd do store credit. Ummmm no! I will never be back to this store again. She said I would have to come up to the store and bring my delivery order for the refund. Excuse me! It's my job to let you know that my order was wrong I shouldn't be getting an attitude because of it. I only ordered this food for my son birthday. I then said fine ill dispute it with my credit card company and she replied and said good luck...I have a signed receipt.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review somewhere. This has nothing to do with the food. The store manager Jessica, was so rude. I called back to ask a question asked to talk to a manager, was kind. She was incredibly Condescending. I went up there to talk to someone because I couldn’t believe I had spoken with a manger and sure enough it was Jessica. Just completely as rude as before with no customer service. I don’t want anything out of this but I sure hope she learns to be kinder.
