Food was delicious! Staff was a bit rushy and not understanding that it was our first time visiting so we weren't super familiar with the alternate sauce options for the cheesy bread (never been offered anything but marinara). One employee in particular was not pleasant. Megan made our pizza experience tonight. They were in the middle of a cheese crisis and Megan still was so upbeat and happy and made our pizzas (and lil salad) with love from the heart. What a gem. Hope she’s there next time we go!

We ordered take out tonight. The food is fresh and delicious. They accidentally forgot our desserts and we didn't realize it until we got home. We called and I spoke to the manager Kimberly. She was so kind and had great customer service. She was apologetic and immediately offered to remedy the missing items. Any more good customer service seems really rare. She was very professional and kind. We really like this MOD location.
