Terrible, terrible, terrible! I placed an order through the app at 10:30am. Showed up to get my order at 10:55am. Was told there was no order in the system. Spoke to Matt (the manager, R-U-D-E!) who said there was nothing he could do about it. We even showed him our confirmation screen/number and proof of the order. He said "too bad, it's not in my system, theres nothing I can do."He was SO rude and SO short with me. Clearly uninterested in helping. No customer services skills whatsoever. He had multiple opportunities to TRY and make things right, but didn't.I asked who he would normally contact for help or any issues in the store, and he said "accounting. But they're closed today." (Accounting?!) So I asked him to please contact his boss so we could figure it out. He said "no". I asked how else we could solve this problem... I mean, I paid for an order. I had proof of payment. They took my money. But yet I was being refused the food which I paid for. He just kept saying "call the number in the app." Which I did. But it just goes to the store. (Side note, there isn't a customer service number in the app OR website. Just a "contact us" form to fill out on the website.)Then, after 11, minutes after I had already left, he called me and said "ok I just got your oder. You still want me to make it?" Omfg!!!! No apology or anything. No acknowledgement of the way he spoke to me.Worst "manager" ever!!!!!! And if the manager is that bad, I can't imagine the rest of the team is any better. Such a shame, too, cause it used to be one of our favorite places.

Food was delicious! Staff was a bit rushy and not understanding that it was our first time visiting so we weren't super familiar with the alternate sauce options for the cheesy bread (never been offered anything but marinara). One employee in particular was not pleasant. She was snippy while we ordered and forced us to wait for other customers who already ordered/paid and employee asking mundane quaestions for 1 cup of marinara that she simply needed to grab from the stack and slide onto the counter.Would eat here again because the food was good. Just wish people were more friendly!

Megan made our pizza experience tonight. They were in the middle of a cheese crisis and Megan still was so upbeat and happy and made our pizzas (and lil salad) with love from the heart. What a gem. Hope she’s there next time we go!

Went to MOD on 2/8 just before 8:45pm. They close at 10 pm. When I walked in with my family, it looked like it was closed. I walked back out to check the closing time on the door, and there were no store hours posted. I checked Google maps and asked them, and they said they closed at 10.They restaurant is half closed down, and chairs and drinks are already cleaned and put away. We had 8 people, and we were treated like we were bothering them to be there.We had no were to sit other than the high top, which does not work for our family. I pulled out chairs that were already stacked and put away. We were treated like we were bothering they. They were all looking at us, talking with attitude, and did not care to hide it. They kept coming out and sweeping by us.It was rude and extremely uncalled for an hour before you closed.I get wanting to get a head of closing, but this was terrible.Also, I wondered if the order ticket was food grade. It transfered to the back of my kids' pizza.We have been to MOD a lot and never had this bad of an experience.

We ordered take out tonight. The food is fresh and delicious. They accidentally forgot our desserts and we didn't realize it until we got home. We called and I spoke to the manager Kimberly. She was so kind and had great customer service. She was apologetic and immediately offered to remedy the missing items. Any more good customer service seems really rare. She was very professional and kind. We really like this MOD location.

Decent pizza. Staff seemed very overwhelmed and remain heads down. Online orders are prioritized over customers in line. So much so, customers hop out of line and place online orders. Those pizzas still come out quicker than the folks in line.

I can't recommend MOD when they actively promote political agendas. They should be in the business of making pizzas, not being an activist for liberals.No U.S. flag in sight, but this one is right in your face attached to the cash register.I won't be back.
