“Our servers, Amber and Stacy, were excellent. They were very prompt with taking orders and ensured everything was accurate upon delivery. Our party was large, but the orders were consistently correct. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was good.“

I sound super picky when I order these days and it is pretty annoying. I have to alter most things so that I can enjoy a meal. “Fantastic food and ambiance; had the unfortunate incident of a rude member just walk in front of me in the middle of buying a gift card demanding to be seated. Upon asking this "Karen" to allow me to finish my transaction she called me rude. No blame on the young intimidated waitress. Net net, you are second here to all members and a full thumbs down to the manager "Cornelius" who basically dismissed me and my complaint and defended the member. Cornelius, you shouldn't be working here!“

“Recently moved to the area and my husband is addicted to cinnamon rolls - but not just any cinnamon rolls anymore - he is a self classified “Cinnaholic”!! We have had multiple trips to the location on Combs/Gantzel. Two visits stick out over others. One visit about a month ago, I stopped in with my 5 and 3 year old to get some rolls for dessert for Father’s Day. The owner and one other employee were working. The owner came out with three ice cream samples for me and the kids because the rolls were going to take 2 more minutes - excellent customer service - my kids were behaving but the little sample of ice cream made their night and they still talk about it to this day! About a week ago, my husband and I went in to get him and my stepson rolls, the owner was the only one working and he had a great conversation with my husband, very personable, great customer service, and we learned his name is Matt. Yesterday we ran into Matt at the grocery store and even though he wasn’t at the shop, he was still very nice, had a quick conversation and the girls thanked him again for those ice cream samples! The customer service is incredible and the rolls are spectacular!! Totally worth the drive from Florence!“

“Had been here one time before new owners took over and loved it then, but absolutely head over heels for it now! Impecable service, fresh food, beautiful atmosphere. The Croque-monsieur was delicious and my daughter will come back to order it again. We all shared a meat and cheese plate with savory mustard and olives. The child’s panini was perfect. Iced chamomile and peppermint tea and hot cocoa made for the best accompaniment to this delicious meal enjoyed on the patio with native plants and a spring breeze. Favorite spot for lunch!“

“What do I recommend? EVERYTHING! Delicious food. Best salad I’ve ever had-The Big Beefstro 👍-absolutely delicious. Our waitress Micole was very accommodating. I asked to substitute the Spicy Chipotle dressing for the Sweet Serrano Pepper dressing - no problem. Our party of 8 included 2 children. Micole put their orders through first and these were delivered in record time. Entree’s for the adults followed shortly after. LARGE portions of delicious food! Micole was efficient and attentive. “Hands down the best spot to beat the heat! I was really impressed by the speedy service—even with a line, the staff moved incredibly fast and I had my shaved ice in no time. The ice is perfectly smooth and the flavors are always spot on. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick, refreshing treat!“

“The food is always delicious. My favorites are the red curry and the drunken noodles and my daughter loves the chow mein. We mostly order this as take out but they do have a small dining area if you need to stop and eat while you're out and about. I love spicy food but I always order my dish mild here because it just gets too spicy beyond that!“

“First time trying IKES but hands Down best sandwich shop I ever ate at they even got 100 percent beef meatballs an i don't eat pork so I was happy to eat my meatball sandwich wit no pork made wit it :) yummy an filling! Thank you Ikes for my first time experience definitely will be back.🥪

“We just moved to the area, and i’m so glad I stumbled upon this place! I ordered online to go, and showed up a little early. The order was ready exactly when it said it would be. We got multiple things to try, and everything was both fresh and delicious! I especially loved the crab puffs, sesame chicken, and house lo mein. “Several times now, I have come to this location after work to get a quick meal before taking the hour drive home and each time, my order is wrong. Today, 05/13/26 roughly @5:40pm I went through drive thru and order: #1 Del Taco with no shredded cheese, upgrade to chili cheddar fries sub shredded cheese for queso, and a regular size Dr. Pepper. I paid $12.04 in cash and didn’t receive my receipt. They handed my order to me as soon as I got to the window. I was waiting to eat my fries when I made it home simply because it’s hard to drive and eat and I’d rather not take chances. I get home to see my fries were wrong and so was the tacos. I tried calling multiple times just to be consistently ignored. I am back in the area tomorrow and will be returning in person to have this corrected. We’ll see how this ends after I arrive and if they even bother to correct their mistake.

Update: Ana the General Manager took care of me today when I returned to the location to have my order corrected. She handled the situation with grace and patience. Apologized for the inconvenience and mistake that occurred as well as gave me a free drink.“

“I've been here several times and really enjoyed it. My last visit was not up to their typical standard. The person who helped at the counter was very difficult to understand and he was wearing a dirty Santa hat (Christmas was a month ago). He also made sure to be very skimpy with toppings. There were about 5 pepperonis on a Mod sized pizza. Maybe a small pinch of bacon. Cheese was almost non-existent on two slices.“
