“We went to Sam & Luca’s for my mother’s birthday. Absolutely amazing service. Our server was very knowledgeable, very quick with refills and kind. We even were served by the manager, who frequently touched the table and asked if we needed anything. The specials this evening were perfection, everyone loved their dinner and the desserts were top notched. Amazing atmosphere and very clean on the inside. Can’t wait to go back soon!“

“We went to Brio last night, the food was excellent. We had a little issue with one of the meals and the waitress took care of it right away. She ended up bringing out a whole new dish taking off the dish from the bill as well as 20% off the rest of our menu items we ordered. They were very apologetic and friendly staff and very attentive. Also, their sourdough bread is to die for.“

“Food review: I am relatively pleased with just about every pizza I've ever had from here. Weirdly enough, I feel like the pizza isn't entirely filling unless I eat a lot (4 or more slices of an extra large). I will say I have been disappointed almost every time I order their wings, but I'm a fan of baked wings, and it seems like these are steamed, leaving them soft and less satisfying to bite into for me.

Service is always on point with what you can normally expect.

Atmosphere: When inside its close seating in a small space, it is understandable and possible to overlook. However, in my eyes, the vibe I get from the place is a little low energy. Whenever I've gone in to pick up a pizza even the employees look like the often feel like robots going through to motion and I think a little color to the space might brighten the atmosphere or what might be fun is a jukebox machine for people and employees to pick songs and play just for extra easy entertainment.

Parking: Even with other businesses there the parking seems always easy to get close to the building“

“Atmosphere would have been a 5 star also, but the overly loud New York style jazz "music" is not appropriate to an "Italian" themed resteraunt. It is quite annoying and "sharp" to the ear and 7 out of the 8 of our party didn't like it. The other person was an ex "New Yorker". P.S. this resteraunt is in Phoenix,Az.“

“We were a party of 5. Ordered 2 pizzas Chicken Parm sub Large Calzone and MB Stromboli. Food was fresh and served hot (big pet peeve of mine). Grew up in the suburbs of NYC and have to tell ya the pizza was the best I have eaten in years in AZ. The servers made sure we had everything we needed and kept getting us soda refills. Truly awesome experience and will make this a regular spot to go to“

“My friend is in town and she has celiac so we were trying to find a good place for her to have variety. We found a recommendation for this place on a gluten-free page. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. I was shocked at how gluten friendly they are, even to the point of having a dedicated oven for the gluten-free pizza us. My friend was overwhelmed with all the amazing options, and absolutely loved that she could pick whatever she wanted. We had the focaccia bread, the bacon, mac & cheese, and the fungi Florentine pizza. Dessert we tried the apple crisp and the tiramisu, both are which are gluten-free. The food was incredible. “I literally did a happy dance after every bite!!! I ordered the cheese pizza and chicken carbonara, they were both so delicious!! The cheese pizza was thin, cheesy and perfect, I would say this is my favorite cheese pizza in the state so far. The carbonara was delicious, I added crushed red pepper to mine, because I love some heat!! The garlic bread dipped in Alfredo sauce from here, I swear I’d have it as my last meal, it was that delicious!!! Everything my family has tried for here was fantastic!!“

I’m glad I found a place better than my local pizza place that’s worth the drive from Florence. The wings were bomb! But the pizza and ranch were unbelievable. Glad this place sells pizza by the slice and 2 slices and 1 drink for about $10 you can’t beat that. They’re big slices! One slice will fill you up!“

“It’s hard to pick my favorite sandwich. They are all so yummy. I like the Wicked, Philly and the Club. I never miss getting the fries! They are so fresh and delicious. Better than McDonalds.

Kid-friendliness: If you get a kids meal it comes with a token to get some candy out of the dispenser.“

“The staff here are absolutely phenomenal! I arrived 15 minutes before our pizza was ready and had to wait with my boys (ages 5 and 9) who were already feeling cranky. I was not anticipating waiting to be a pleasant experience. Fortunately, an employee was folding pizza boxes at the counter and my kids were fascinated. They asked to watch and she agreed, explaining the process along the way. When my boys asked if they could try, she said they could and coached them through the process. My kids ended up helping to fold boxes until our pizza was ready. Other employees popped in to help and monitor when the original employee had to answer the phone or help a customer. What would have been a miserable 15 minutes turned into a wonderful experience. My kids left the restaurant declaring that their first jobs would be at Barro’s. The bonus to all this is that the pizza was absolutely delicious. We will definitely go there again!“
