Great pizza. But the customer service is TERRIBLE. Every single time I order pizza for carry out. They still haven't started it or only made part of it when I arrive to pick the pizza up 40 minutes later. Every. Single. Time. I'm not sure if the staff is incompetent or apathetic. It's certainly a failure of leadership/management. Sadly, I suffer through the terrible service because the pizza is so good.
Checked the pizza once I got in the car and it was VERY BURNT. It cost $36.00 so I went back in and told the young man the pizza was no good. He made another one but I had to wait in my car for 25 minutes. He was polite but never apologized for the long wait or offered me any compensation. It wasn’t worth $36 and I won’t be back here.
