This Jack sets the bar. I love Jack and so I visit often. In fact this is the 2nd time today. Service is on point. Very friendly staff and it starts with the manager. Consistent service throughout the restaurant. The food was cooked to order and was great. I went to another Jack in the box earlier today who was competing with McDonalds on the amount of trips it takes through the drive thru to get your full order. Kudos to this restaurant and the leadership team!
I went to this location on 10-3-23 around 6:15PM. The restaurant was empty. No customers or staff to be seen. I stood at the counter for a few minutes and still no employees. The restaurant smelled like sewage and skunk. All of the trash cans in this place were overflowing. Eventually all of the staff members filed out of the back of the restaurant.
