Great food, I have not eaten here in yrs. The kids meals for my grandkids are amazing and inexpensive and they get a custard as well.

On a busy night, the drive-thru experience had a major design flaw where customers became trapped in the line for over ten minutes due to blocked lanes, which was called a hazard. Occasionally, orders were missing items like a pickle, mushroom topping, or an extra patty. Some food was reported as a bit cool instead of hot and fresh. A few reviews express hope that service will get better and that management will address these issues. Despite this, many are really excited and happy to have a Culver's nearby, recommending that others give them a try.
