Dutch Brothers is always consistent and always good. I've been to several different locations in many states and they all seem to be staffed very well
Everyone at Dutch Ironwood is always busting their butts to keep customers moving and making sure drinks get done. Thank you!!!
Quality of drinks and friendliness is great. I was disappointed by the wait. Also there seems to be a new policy of making the order takers stand outside when there are no new cars in line? This just seems unnecessary for the workers as it’s 100 degrees out. I get it in the winter but in the summer that’s ridiculous, even with an ice pack vest. Also surely it doesn’t make sense for wait times, if there is no new cars, that employee could help with orders?
