Quality of drinks and friendliness is great. I was disappointed by the wait. Also there seems to be a new policy of making the order takers stand outside when there are no new cars in line? This just seems unnecessary for the workers as it’s 100 degrees out. I get it in the winter but in the summer that’s ridiculous, even with an ice pack vest. Also surely it doesn’t make sense for wait times, if there is no new cars, that employee could help with...

Absolutely amazing staff! I had an issue with a mobile order but the staff was super patient and kind and didn’t make me feel like it was a problem at all! Even though the drive through was packed and they were clearly busy. They were able to place my order again and still got it ready super fast.

Just want to give a shout out to Felicia, she was holding the entire store down on a busy Saturday night by herself with the help of one other person who was just taking orders. Both individuals were crushing it especially with the severe understaffing at the time good on them!
