“All right, so here’s the deal this lovely young lady named Dacey helped me a few weeks ago. My request was to make whatever drink she wanted, and I have to tell you she delivered. I believe it it’s called the pool boy it lives rent free in my head and I think about it often. The whole staff is kind courteous and brings good energy. Thanks to you all.“

“I was referred to try One Stop since I skip meals and I work right in the same parking lot. I was warned it was expensive. Let me start by saying I walked in and the young lady at the counter was very welcoming and friendly. I ordered my very specific Meal Replacement Shake Butterfinger flavor
With vegan protein and oat milk and it was amazing!! It m not vegan so I didn’t know what to expect. I was trying something new at the recommendation of my BFFL. And the price? Ummmm I spend almost that in the morning for basically ice with a splash of oatmilk and water run through a spoonful of espresso grinds that doesn’t even fill me so…. I highly recommend spending $9 on a healthy meal.“

“Stopped by Tropical Smoothie Cafe today before my workout and grabbed the Nutella Açaí Bowl 🥣 and it was absolutely 🔥. Fresh, flavorful, and the perfect balance of healthy and satisfying. Exactly what you want before hitting the gym.
Everything tasted fresh, the bowl was made quickly, and it was super convenient when you need something light but still energizing. Definitely a great pre-workout option.
If you’re looking for something refreshing and filling without feeling heavy, I highly recommend the Nutella Açaí Bowl. I’ll definitely be back!“
