The service was great. They were definitely in the middle of a shift change or short staffed because we waited quite a while behind a family of 3kids 2parents in front of us (not that they were taking too long) but the employees seemed a little all over the place and couldn't just focus on helping them and moving onto the next. My child and I patiently waited as the line tripled or maybe even quadrupled but once we received assistance with our ice cream cones, it was smooth sailing.
This was a fun after dinner stop for our group this weekend. They have similar flavors to other Handel's locations and a similar setup. There was a long line when we got there around 9pm, be prepared for it to take a bit to get up to order. The ice cream was delicious - we got graham cracker and it was butterscotchy magic.
