I’m not sure about the 1 star reviews besides them being the typical bitter fountain hills people. Definitely try this place“

“Such yummy gelato! Gelato is lower calorie than ice cream. The flavors offered were amazing, and sooo many flavors. I got a medium, and picked 2 flavors. The owner was very friendly. Atmosphere was that of a coffee shop. Additional patio seating was available.“

My brother told me once to try this place because, according to him, Scoop and Joy have unusual and pretty delicious desserts, especially ice cream. “Love the interior, so clean and aesthetically pleasing! Cookies are delicious. Staff are super respectful about any mixups and they are willing to move cookies with specific allergens away from other cookies you’ve ordered (another box, etc.)Dietary restrictions: People who have allergies can quickly ask for the cookie with the allergen to be moved into a different box“

“Service is always good, store is well kept (bring a jacket...it's always cold inside) fair prices and a good selection of toppings. The frozen yogurt is always good, the only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the flavors don't change much. I usually hit it up a few times each year and will keep going back!“
