“I was having a terrible day when my deceased grandmother's last voicemail got deleted off my phone. The entire crew was so compassionate towards me and 2 of the girls even gave me a hug.. All 6 of them were just so beyond amazing. They give me a little bit of faith in the human race. The 6 employees are; John, Dylan, natalia, Tiana, Brandon, Xander Were the employees that were working that night that I give my utmost respect and love to. Now my 16 year old daughter wants to work there all because of how they treated me me. I'm still in awe. Why can't more people like this exist on this Earth!!“

“Just as delicious as any other Cold Stone location but a twist! This location is also a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. We grabbed some mixed ice cream and also a caramel apple, what a combo. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for dessert in the area.“

“I have been to this location quite a few times, the yogurt and topping selections are great however every time I’ve been there the place has been very dirty. Candy all over the counter, candy smashed all over the floor, melted yogurt all over where the dispensers are not to mention the chairs and tables are absolutely disgusting. Employees really need to step it up and keep this place clean.“

“Did an online order and they didn't have one of the items I ordered. The associate working there was very apologetic and offered a reasonable replacement option. All was well and the dessert was delicious! I appreciate your flexibility.“

“Great tasting fries even better than the hamburger chain! now I want to come again and try all the other snack selections.“
