“I stopped at Baskin and Robbins today, Sunday May 30th for two quarts of ice cream. I was greeted by a nice young lady dressed in black. The lady promptly asked if she could assist me, and I inquired about ice cream cakes.After looking over the available selection in the freezer section, I decided to opt for a quart of chocolate chip mint, and Jamoka almond fudge.The nice young lady was very courteous and professional. I have been doing business with this store for quite some time, and never had the great service extended to me today.I should have gotten her name, butfailed to do so. “What a fun discovery! At first, we thought they had sold out of their doughnuts, but staff patiently explained the process and how every doughnut is made-to-order and served warm. That way, everyone’s favorite is always available. I wanted to support a business run by a young entrepreneur and thought the doughnuts to be cute and unique; I was wowed by how incredibly good these doughnuts are. Everyone who tried them loved them and clamored for more. I heard “best doughnuts ever” and “better than ———- doughnuts” from family. These doughnuts are definitely a step above and much more than a cute instagram-worthy fad. We will definitely be back….soon!!“

The service did lack a little bit as it took them around 5 minutes for them to notice we were there and take our order .The atmosphere I feel like was too quiet ,I feel like they needed music playing in the store.“

“Whether it's an after dinner treat or a way to cool down from a play date at the park, Sam's is a great treat stop in Anthem.They are always changing up their flavors, ensuring to keep seasonal flavors on tap as well. They are also intentional to have low sugar, gluten free, dairy/lactose free flavors available. This time I got the STOK cold brew coffee and it was delicious. My family loves the Passionfruit Orange Guava (POG). There are also plenty of toppings and add ins to chose from. I've seen reviews about cleanliness issues and we've been here several times and I think the cleanliness of the dispensers and toppings bar really just depends on who goes in front of you. Since this is all self serve, you have to imagine it is people of all ages dishing themselves; some people are neat and tidy and some, well, not so much. Sometimes, no matter how careful you're being, it can still end up messy. If there is some kind of major spill or cross contamination the person working there has always stepped in to clean it up immediately. If you see something really egregious or concerning, I've never seen the person working there not address it.“
