The staff is friendly, and the ice cream is always great. The waffle bowl was so hard I could barely break it into pieces.

Cold Stone Creamery offers great ice cream, but the store itself could use some updating. The cleanliness and comfort level are somewhat lacking, and the employees may not be as personable as expected. Additionally, there have been issues with mislabeled and mismatched ice cream cupcakes, which may be disappointing for customers. On the other hand, the combination of mixed ice cream and caramel apple is a delicious twist, and the store's integration with Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is a unique bonus.
