We ordered two breakfast bagel sandwiches over the phone then went to pick the up 20 minutes later. They weren't ready but when we announced ourselves, they prioritized the order.The food was great. I was blown away by a few things. First, they are busy (visited Sunday morning). There were ten cuatomers on site, plus two food delivery drivers. Two stars for my recent visit only because of such poor customer service. Have been coming here for years and still love the bagels and sandwiches, and prices are average to a little high though.Here's my issue with them. They say they are open until 3 PM, but usually I get there between 12 and 1 for lunch as I did last Sunday. Ordered 2 Everything Bagels, Toasted with Cream Cheese.... got 2 Everything Bagels, not toasted 1 with cream cheese and 1 with butter. My receipt is even right.... not sure how you mess that up.
