“I have been to this crumble location quite a few times, the first two times the customer service wasn’t great there was a long line and the kids working there were all having a conversation while we the customers waited over 15 min for help. I left on that day without ordering as the line wasn’t moving. Today there was no line and the kid that helped me was nice showed me the cookies and asked if they looked good. I bought 3 individual cookies and asked for a bag which I was told he didn’t have any. I remember seeing people with bags before but he refused to give me one. I didn’t appreciate it that. I wish they had better customer service as my teenage daughters always want to try the new flavors.“

“If you love great pizza, you need to check this spot out. It is a small, charming restaurant with a wonderful, friendly team working the floor. We ordered a large pizza, and it exceeded expectations. The crust had the perfect crunch, and they do not skimp on the topping choices. The highlight of the night might have been the gelato, though—so smooth and flavorful! Excellent service and top-tier food.“

“I have been to the arrowhead location many, many times and each visit does not disappoint! I am always met with speedy service, kind employees, and delicious cookies. I find that this location makes the cookies perfectly but you better eat the chocolate chip cookies fast because they are better warm.“

“I've been going to this store for water for a long time. Super clean and the owner and all of his employees are great. The reward program really helps with the savings. Great selection of thrifty ice cream also. And when I'm going hunting they have 20# blocks of ice that last a long time. This is the best store for water and ice I have ever been to. If you haven't gotten your water here, you are missing out.“

“I went into the store today. First time ever. I was craving a peanut butter cookie. Just peanut butter. I saw the selection, the peanut butter cookie had chocolate on it. I was going to walk out. The sweet girl behind the counter told me she just baked some new peanut butter cookies. I bought 4. I am sorry I didn't ask her name. She made my day. I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you. It was my first time in the shop. The other sweet girl was also sweet. I asked, do neighborhood kids just follow you, cuz you smell like cookies? I will be back.“

“Your location & staff was friendly the day of the visit on 11/4/2023. Hopefully someone can help. My family & I visited your Goodyear Arizona Estrella Location after the Sounds Of Autism Non Profit 501c3 Organization Walk at Goodyear Ballpark on Saturday November. 4th between 1pm-245pm. We sat on the patio toward the back of the patio, my purple & black galaxy Nike backpack was forgotten there, in my chair. Inside was a tan wallet with a photo of my eldest son Niko on the front, inside that wallet is part of his ashes that had been made into a peace sign epoxy coin with the tag for his ashes from Avenida Funeral Home. My school work badge was on a key lanyard that says 'DEA' from the joint public task force with Goodyear, behind my badge is my son Niko's security badge. I tried calling the restaurant & was told to call back. When I called again, I was told someone had claimed the backpack. Please if anyone can help or may have turned it in, seen someone with it, a picture, or video. Remembers who claimed my backpack. My wallet had the last hard copy photos I have of my son Niko, including his work badge. I know this is a shot in the dark. Grief has been very difficult. This was my family the day of the event before we went to your location. Idk if your location has cameras or perhaps keeps track of lost & found or when someone claims lost itmes. Any assistance please.“

“This is my 2nd time visiting this place. First time food was good. I got waffle and flavored Red Bull. Wait time was okay.
Today I went in and got an orange chicken rice bowl… it took 35 minutes to get my order because they had to make new rice, it took a lot longer but not much you can do and not a big deal because I was going to get fresh rice. Well I got my food and the orange chicken was great but the RICE was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! It was not cooked, crunchy and I feel like a waste of my money. It was disappointing.“

“A truly unique Hispanic-Asian hybrid that works perfectly! I haven't seen this kind of combination before, but it's a great concept. I ordered the taro milk tea with boba and a churro ice cream sandwich with pistachio ice cream. The taro was smooth and flavorful, and the warm, crispy churro paired perfectly with the cold pistachio ice cream. The servers were very friendly and patient, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for unique flavors you can't find elsewhere!“

“I tried this place for the first time last night. Let me tell you, I was impressed. It is a little pricey, but worth every penny. The staff was friendly, and smiling. The biggest banana split I have ever had. The tres Marias sundae was equally impressive. I will for sure be going back for another visit.“

“Called on Thanksgiving to see if they were open and had ice. Supermarkets were sold out but Bri, a very nice young lady, helped me over the phone as well as in person. They stayed open until there was no ice left. Thank you Oasis for having what I needed on a super busy day!!“
