I really like Snowtime. Their shaved ice is so soft and fluffy. It is unlike the Italian ice or the snow cone ice. They use milk I think in the shaved ice. There is sweetened condensed milk as a topping if you want it. You can choose your topping or you can get one of their pre selected offerings. They have drinks but do not offer boba which is a surprise to lots of people. They have the little fish pastries with the option of Nutella or red bean or custard. My family and I shared the "large sunset" dessert, and it was a feast for the senses. From the vibrant atmosphere to the stunning presentation and the burst of flavors, every spoonful was a delight. Snowtime's attention to detail and passion for creating memorable treats shone through. Had a sweet tooth after having lunch at the nearby restaurant and it hit the spot! We got a fish cone (~$7.49) with custard, taro/matcha ice cream with 2 toppings (mochi and taro dust). Additional topping costs extra but 2 was perfect. The ice cream was so delicious, not super sweet. I recommend eating right away if you get a fish cone! The bottom started dripping pretty quickly. The cashier was really nice and welcoming. The service is a bit slow but it was quite busy.
