Best place to get water and ice. They have many other options like ice cream and shaved ice.
My wife and I went to Sandee's today. We were in the area, and decided we would stop by for an ice-cream fix. I had a scoop of chocolate malt ice cream, and my wife got pecan praline. We found the ice cream to be good. We may come back, but it depends if we are in the area, as we do not normally go to this part of Mesa AZ.
