“We went for lunch and it was very busy at the time but we were seated very quickly.The hush puppies I cannot get enough of, they are amazing.I had one of the sampler platters with the shrimp, cat fish, hush puppies and another item I can't remember the name of. It has rice and crayfish I believe. Anyhow, that one was not hot, it was still cool and the rice was hard.Aside from that the food and drinks were good.“
“We went for New Years to try it out for the first time. We had a party of 10 that included 3 young kids. Not only were they accommodating but they had our tables set up prior to arriving. That was a plus already. The staff was amazing and very helpful/friendly. While we got to enjoy our family time along with great amazing eats from their menu. So blessed to have amazing, friendly staff to ring in the new year with. They were awesome and the food was great. The establishment was so clean and even had sinks outside the restrooms in case you just needed to clean up. Definitely recommended!!! Also had so many TV’s with so many football games on lol. “My 11 year old son and I stopped in for some sushi tonight and I must say. I've never been so mistreated by a place of business in my entire life. Food was just ok. Nothing special. I ordered 10 piece sashimi, 2 rolls, stuffed jalapeños, miso soup and a sculpin ipa. The girl didn't know what sculpin was and asked for me to point it out on the menu so I did. Our food started coming out and 4 of the 5 items were already on the table and my son and I were starting to get full. The waitress hadn't brought my beer yet and I stopped her and reminded her I hadn't gotten the beer I ordered and I no longer wanted it since we were already pretty far along into our dinner. After I mention this she quickly hurrys to the bar and brings the beer apologizing for the delay. I tell her like I said I no longer wanted it so she took it away. Later when she brings the check the beer that I didn't receive and said I no longer wanted was still on the check. I asked her to please remove it. The owner comes over and in an agitated and aggressive manner asks if there is a problem wirh the bill. I told him yes the beer needed to be removed. He says no he will not remove it since it was already poured. He walks over to bar and brings it back and says here is your beer you need to pay for it. I explained to him how I received it after I had gotten most of my food and no longer wanted it but he refused. He was beyond rude and unreasonable. Most restaurants would take back a beer even if you take a drink and don't like it, I didn't get my beer until I was done with 50% of my food and didn't want it anymore! I mentioned something about his poor customer service and how it's no surprise the place is empty with no customers. The guy gets really heated and demands j pay for the drink. I got up and told my son let's go and the owner begins to assault me pushing me in the shoulder to back me up. 3 of his staff and my son witnessed this. He then stood in front of the doors and would not let us exit until I signed the credit card slip. I went back to the table and signed it "F You" and he let us out but after he read the signature the owner ran outside the store threatening me and getting into my face while calling the cops. His staff even thought he was crazy and were begging me to sign it and they offered to reimburse me $5 cash for the beer. They said their boss was having a bad day. The staff even agreed that the beer came out late which should not have been problem to have it removed. I ended up scribbling something on another copy of the credit card receipt and he finally allowed us to walk away without harassing us. My son was so scared he was calling 911 himself because of how the owner was assaulting me and up in my face. All this mistreatment over a $5 draft beer. I will never step foot in this place again and I should press charges against the owner for putting his hands on me and assaulting me. He even mentioned he has it all on camera so he can validate himself everything that took place. I read over other reviews for this place and it seems this owner likes to argue and fight rather than take accountability for his and his staffs actions. It's unacceptable for anyone to EVER be treated this way, EVER.“

“I've been visiting family in Arizona for a few years now and every time we go to Baci's. I've never had better Italian dishes anywhere in my life.It's fresh, full of flavor and served in generous portions (which makes for great leftovers the next day). “Really enjoyed this place! Have wanted to try it for years as I came in and out of my gym which is next door and smelt the taco aroma when I passed by. Pretty quiet inside but for the corney old music playing & and it's slightly stuffy & warm inside. At one point, some really annoying, loud alarm sounding machine by the register was going off for 5 minutes until kitchen staff finally turned it off. 4 stars is only because the food is good, just I've had better. Also, they carry Pepsi & I dislike that soda. It's a nice little place, just not quite a "top shelf" restaurant. I would be impressed if a date took me there. My family loved the food, cooked & and served very quickly after ordering. I like that they have the Singapore noodles that are made from rice. The waitstaff is very attentive. They happily make off menu adjustments for a few extra bucks. The entryway floor is always covered in tracked in leaves and dust from outside. And there was a red pepper flake on a zuchini from a dish that had no red peppers suggesting the cook was using dirty utensils to serve food. The walnut shrimp was alright... Some of the shrimp was fried with the tail still on & the sauce wasn't fully mixed in.Overall, it's pretty good, though.Dietary restrictions: They will adjust according to preferable ordering style for a few extra bucks. Sauce on side, substitute noodles for rice, not spicy, white meat, etcetera.Parking: It's next to Frys with good parking, many handicapped spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Sloped ramp right by entrance for wheelchair access.“

“What a lovely experience!I hadn't been to a Rubio's in I-don't-know-how-long, but our friend chose the restaurant and off we went.Placing our order was a breeze.After finding a table, we filled our beverages and, to my surprise, they have a salsa bar. It was very clean and well-stocked. I was in Heaven! I asked for larger cups and was graciously supplied with as many as I wanted (6). I got onions and cilantro, mild, green and chipotle salsas. Oh, and don't forget the lime wedges. I was ready for my meal.They delivered our food to our table. WHAT?!?!?!?! NO ONE does that anymore. It was a wonderful touch making me feel like they appreciated we chose their restaurant for dinner. My fish taco platter was SO good. I added the green salsa, onions and cilantro, and lime juice to EVERYTHING! Dipped my chips in the refried beans and mild salsa. “I love this restaurant so much, I Leah’s go here at most every other day, the food is always hot and ready and it’s super delicious and hope this restaurant can grow! It will always be my top 5 favorite restaurants, all the waitresses are super nice and I always give a huge tip. It is a Mexican restaurant so don’t expect so much English. Their English is super well though! Loved everything about it and they do karaoke Thursday to Sunday and everyone in the restaurant gets along. There are usuals there (me being one of them) super nice we love going here. The place is always clean too!“

“For a gas station this place has really good chicken. The trick is getting there right after it's made but that isn't a hard stop. I have eaten here other times and it was still good. The sides are kinda bland but still edible. The biscuits... I haven't had a soft one yet but I can tell they'd be ok if fresh. All together, the chicken is four stars but everything else brings it to only three and a half stars. Great drunk food though!!!“
“This place has a good selection of food and cheap beer. The dining room is good size, but it fills up quickly. In the evenings they have live music on the stage, and it is even more crowded. Chips and Salsa are good. The fish filet is lightly breaded and very good. They also have the kind that is the whole creature deep fried, but that's not for me! I highly recommend coming on Thursday because it is 50% off all dishes. My friend usually goes every Thursday! Sometimes the service is a little slow, especially when busy. Parking is usually a challenge, particularly in the evening and weekends. Bathrooms are a little scary. But the food is great and worth coming back.“

“We first popped in here shortly after it opened when you didn't need a reservation and no one visited downtown Mesa. The bartender asked us what our drink tastes were like and made us some delicious custom drinks not on the menu. We keep coming back for drinks, someday we may be able to afford to eat here but for now we get a drink then go to Tacos Chiwas.“
